McGEORGE wines are made in the beautiful Waipara Valley, North Canterbury. Waipara has the highest summer temperatures and lowest rainfall of any of New Zealand's wine regions. The sheltered valleys encourage distinctive flavours in the fruit produced by many varietals including Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc.
